Complaint and Grievance Policy

Emirates House provides appropriate mechanisms and services for students and trainees to submit complaints and process their grievances and appeals efficiently and effectively. A complaints and appeals policy and procedures have been developed and are being implemented to effectively manage complaints and appeals and ensure their resolution.

Code of Conduct

The following guidelines for conduct and personal responsibility have been established to facilitate optimal learning for all learners and to minimize potential disruptions to the learning environment.

Attendance Policy

The policy provides a framework to help students and trainees understand attendance expectations and the consequences of absenteeism. It gives trainees and trainers clear guidance on Emirates Consulting and Training's attendance expectations and outlines the process for addressing absenteeism.
