Al-Wathiq Ambitious Program
The Al Watheq Ambitious Future Makers Programme aims to develop leadership skills among young people aged 10-15, contributing to the UAE Centennial 2071 in creating future generations.
In the Al Watheq Al Tamooh program, we will use a coaching methodology to help young people change their personalities for the better by developing positive habits that will enable them to better manage their lives.
The Al Watheq Al Tamooh Program is a journey of change that combines the joy of learning in an atmosphere of familiarity and fun, through which we instill positive values and behaviors.
Program content
Instilling values
Through the program and its dialogue sessions, a set of positive societal values is instilled.
Boost self-confidence
Developing public speaking and speaking skills and changing mental programming to get rid of internal fears
Knowledge development
Discussing general topics that would enhance the general culture of the participants.
Acquire positive habits
We will work to reinforce and build positive habits that will make participants the best version of themselves.

Knowing strengths, weaknesses, and self-esteem to build a leadership personality
Planning for the future
Self-coaching to help participants plan their future lives.

Program mechanism and methodology:
Program membership is for one month and is renewable.
Virtual dialogue sessions via Zoom once a week, with the possibility of holding in-person meetings depending on developments in the COVID-19 pandemic.
