Based on the accumulated experience of those in charge of Dar Al Emarat Center for Consulting and Training in the field of building the capabilities of employees in government institutions over 18 years, the center became convinced that establishing the values and skills needed by any business environment requires early investment in children and adolescents so that basic administrative skills become positive habits and behaviors established as a practice in the individual before entering the labor market.
From this standpoint, Emirates House for Consulting and Training launched the Future Makers Program in 2016 to develop life skills in children and adolescents, to present a different approach to empowering this segment, as the program combines administrative, financial and life skills in a format that is compatible and adaptable to the national framework of the United Arab Emirates.
The Future Makers program aims to develop life skills in children and adolescents aged 8-18, enabling them to lead their lives more effectively. The program includes a range of essential knowledge such as: self-understanding, planning and setting personal goals, time management, financial planning, leadership skills, communication and dialogue skills, social responsibility, and entrepreneurship. Participants are given doses of these skills tailored to their age group.
